I'm looking for a massive sim for driving, flying, swimming, and boating.

I can't seem to find any good massive sims to suite my needs. I know of Coyote Bikers and Nantucket, but those really aren't that big and I've fully explored Coyote....and I can't find anything on Sansara with the search engine. Oh, it has to be mature.

Thanks.

All regions/sims are the exact same size - 256m x 256m. Doesn't matter if they're a full sim or a homestead or an openspace. They're all 65k m2.

Are you just looking for places to explore? I usually just pick a random spot on the map and start there. Traveling the LL roads can be fun, if you're careful on the sim lines.

Well, when you say "massive," just keep in mind that every sim is exactly the same size, roughly 65,000 square meters. That's just how SL works. There are plenty of empty sorts of sims... I know that there are a few dedicated to exactly what you want to do, like the Dogfight sims, for airplanes, and sailing, and the Weather Center sim has loads of open space. On Sansara, I doubt you'll find much, as it's very well settled. Both Sansara and Heterocera do have roads for driving.

Try searching the All tab for activites like you mentioned; they're out there!

Why just one sim for driving? Hit the roads!

Just out of curiosity, why does it have to be mature...?

Because I like to be naked sometimes, I'm a nudist.

What do you mean just hit the roads? I thought most sims were not connected to eachother.

Well.... all the sims on each continent are connected to eachother... you can just walk from one to the other. Many of the older continental sims have entire road systems, and I seem to remember a road rally that went all over Sansara (the oldest continent) following the roads there. Heterocera, the continent north of Sansara, has quite a long roadway, though it's not completely finished. They're constructing roads there now. If you look at the map, look at the two northern continents on the western half of the map; those are Sansara and Heterocera (Sansara has the "winter sims".)

hi there

you can come on over to my place, its called the commune, its clothing optional, its the whole island, so you can hang out there all you want. if you need to rez a vehicle, youll need to do that over at the smoldering joint, thats the only place on the island that has autoreturn turned off, its at one of the corners, i think north east, theres a big peace sign on top of it so its easy to see where it is on the map : PP

theres a jet ski rezzer over by the treehouse also.

do be aware that my kids may be wandering around, just tell them i told you its ok to hang.

lizzie

ps dont go into people houses, it gets them mad : P

theres a paradise blanket in the park if you want privacy

Nope - RL also:

""Less gas, more ass," was painted on the bare backs of many of the 60-some nude cyclists who pedaled through Boulder this afternoon for the city's fifth-annual Naked Bike Ride."

Hmm. . .Sounds like my place. 40ksqm between a road and a protected lake. And sunsets you just about can sail into.

I kept crashing and falling through the ground on Sansara yesterday so that place is out of the question. Any continents that are more stable? I don't care if it's PG or "no nudity allowed" I'll walk around naked just the same....and rules are meant to be broken or challenged.

Elizabeth, could you please give me the LM to that place.

You can tp to Vyacheslav, and in the southeast corner pick up Route 8. Go northeast on the road for a really long ride. All of that continent is Class 5, where as Sansara is probably not. It's near my rental center, which you can get to in my sig.

Etopia has two sims where you can go bicycling, sailing, tubing, swimming. It is PG and we ask that you respect that. No carbon emitting vehicles allowed because we are a model of a sustainable community, but the bike paths are great and take you up and around the mountain, along the beaches, through the farm area...great views and friendly people.

BTW - we are PG because we have universities that are part of Etopia, so we ask that folks respect that designation...not sure why you would not. :)
