Are you looking for the Jungle Voodoo kitty skins, or something else? If it's the kitty stuff you want, search places or the map for Temenos.

There are two vendors there, the one on the right should be the boy stuff.

She is supposed to be working on some new male skins, just like the new female ones. You may want to check out the new female skins and see if you want to wait for the male versions or not.
