I have a problem with the new land store, according to concierge chat I *should* have access, but everytime I login, i'm re-directed to the page about "how to gain access". I tried everything live chat recommended (clear browser cache and cookies, dns cache, IE and Firefox), I also tried proxies and a different computer, nothing helps, I'm stuck on the "how to gain access" info page.

Does anybody have the same problem or an idea what could help?

I am having a similar issue.

I also can not find out if one can now buy at the new, lower prices or not - I am trying to give them money and they don't answer! lol

Anyone know is the new island prices are in action yet and how the heck one manages to order an Open Space sim?

1) yes the new prices are used.
2) you can only order an open space sim if you already own a normal sim, the way to order them is the same, you just select open space or regular when ordering them.

They've changed the support site since I was somewhat familiar with it.

The instructions given on https://land.secondlife.com/beta.php
for basic users aren't working for me.

The instructions take you to the support page, at which point there's no action and no further instructions immediately visible. What is visible are the words Knowledge Base, which I wouldn't interpret as a place to go to send a support ticket just based on it's name.

Entering the KB and looking for how to file a ticket leads to https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417
which has a link to https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/ticketnewclassic.asp which produces a "There was an unexpected error. An error has occurred with your request. You may navigate away of click here to go back."

From what I understand, it takes 24-48 hours. It took approximately 24 hours from the time I applied to having full access.

Another concierge live chat, being told that the account IS on the list and SHOULD have access. Now they will re-load the access list and restart that thing, please try again in a few hours...
