If a group owns land and there is not enough tier donated to cover it and it is sold what is the group liability to peak usage? Please point to where it is documented, thanks

There's actually no group liability as such in regards to land contributions. These are covered by the individuals who contributed their tier to the group.

Their liability would be whatever tier they'd had contributed during that month to that group, regardless if it was removed before the next cycle.

Once your tier is 'donated' to a group it is considered used, regardless of whether the group owns land or not.

If the group owns more land than donations cover, the group has a grace period of 24 hours to raise more tier. If the group can't do that, LL will reclaim the group land and you lose it.
