So- I listed one item on OnRez and the photo is horribly pixelated. It stopped me from adding more pix.
What can I do to improve the quality of the photos? I shoot with the Graphics turned to max and have chosen Hi-Rez in the preferences also- any input appreciated. Thanks ![]() _____________________

Your photo at OnRez is extremely pixilated
http://s3.amazonaws.com/shop.onrez/item-653839-1213019586 But so is the text you added, which makes me think you saved it as a low quality jpeg after editing it. Your photo editing software should give you the option of saving it as a higher quality. Do the original .bmp files/snapshots that you took from SL look that pixelated? If they are you won't be able to improve them after downloading. But you should be able to get high quality .bmp files from the SL snapshot function. I have never had that pixilation happen with SL, but was curious so I took another look at menus for possible options. There are only a couple of possibilities that I could find... In the snapshot window, click on the More button at the bottom. If you have the radio button "Send a Postcard" selected at the tip, the Image Quality slider can be reset, perhaps you had it set low somehow? Also in the Advanced menu there is an item "Compress snapshots to disc". Make sure that is unchecked. That seems to save snapshots as .j2c files, which my photo editing software won't open. _____________________

Thanks much- yes I usually do the send as postcard- I will check those settings or i guess I can start out with bitmaps and then save as tga's. Thanks for the suggestions. The text did look off to now that you mention it.
