Slexchange money not received in world?

I transferred some funds from slexchange to my sl account about an hour ago and still no funds. Ive never had a problem before with this. Slexchange reduced my balance but the money is in limbo somewhere. Is there anything I should be doing? And yes, i relogged and cleared cache :(

because the transfer notification sheet said if funds arent received inworld in a few moments to go to secondlife forums and check known issues...which i did. Was just wondering if anyone else had the same problems with money tonight.

i did not have the problem tonight but i did have a similar issue a few weeks ago. SLexchange customer service fixed if for me but it did take 24 hours.

I understand, but you didn't ask that. I don't mean to be a ninny, but if you asked "anyone else having problems with SL Exchange money transfers?" I wouldn't have said a peep.

Hi :)

I haven't had this problem for quite some time, but when I did I visited the slexchange forums and posted a message in technical (I think) the situation was rectified by the next day.

I don't understand why they tell people to visit the secondlife forums because to be honest, I would direct customers to email support or post on the slx forums. but thats just what I would do.

I hope you get the situtation sorted a.s.a.p

There is a big red 'Help' menu on the top right hand side of the SLEx pages, go to support and notify of the funds not transfering. They usually fix the problem as soon as possible, but allow for the fact they are only there during US hours.

I would give it a little bit more time. Once a friend had to wait about six hours till the money was paid out in-world.

Problem:
A withdrawal didn't show up in SL, but my SLX account was debited.

Cause:
There is a known bug in Second Life where your L$ balance may not always update properly or transactions may be delayed by several hours.

Workaround:
Log out and back into Second Life to have your correct account balance show up. If that does not solve the problem, there could be a delay in SecondLife that is keeping the transaction from properly posting. In this case, please wait 2 hours and if the withdrawal still hasn't shown up in your account, contact SL Exchange Support and we'll credit your account for any missing funds.

I had the same problem few weeks back, I posted on forums on their website and contacted customer support. I got my money refunded 24 hrs after reporting it.
Please note it is now weekend and if I remember rightly customer support rarely works at weekend, so expect not to hear anything until Monday at earliest.

I had the same thing happen to me last week. I used the SLX support button and they had the problem solved within a few hours.

They do tend to be online even on weekends, and promise most support within 24 hours, aside from the big holidays.

Use their support function, contact them, give them all the details and I'm sure they'll have things solved for you very quickly.

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. SLEchange support fixed it in minutes.
