Good tenants, you are unsung heroes. You always pay your rent on time. I never have to remind you to pay your rent. You never cause any problems. You are always polite or at least try to be  You are understanding that sometimes I make honest mistakes. You forgive me for my honest mistakes. You are patient with the problems LL causes that I cannot repair. Good tenants, I salute you and I honor you. You make my job worth doing. (yes, this is a serious post)

where is the question? I do not know how to answer this, I want to answer being this is resident answers, but do not see a question. all and good that there are good tenants, but... this is after all, resident answers (I see a lot of ppl being bashed when they do not post a question, so figured I would be the first to point out that there is no question here)

Woot! um yes I did know, that there were unsung heroes called good tenants. I think they are part of the group of people that also include the repeat shopper, and the great landlord, as well as the understanding boss and loyal employee, and of course the devoted partner now I just need to find the repeat shopper, well actually need to find a lot of them LOL (PS in case it was not obvious my first post was semi serious semi tongue in cheek, because a lot of people do get jumped for not posting questions in this forum)

And, as a tenant, may I give my hearty thanks to my great landlord who, upon hearing I was out of town on vacation when rent was due, said "No problem, just pay me when you get back home."

I am a great tenant. I pay my rent on time or before its due, i don't pester my two current landlords (there were two others before them) and i don't break the covenant.
However this is because i have two great landlords, who are steady and reliable as can be within the constraints of this world. One hears such horror stories about bad landlords.
I salute you, MarmelaGramela Doesburg and Desmond Shang. I wouldn't be able to be a good tenant if i wasn't in the safe hands of such good people.

Truthfully I seen lot of opinion, commentary post and whole lot of question post that some how fall in the woodwork but rarely a comment about where the question is....
Only thing I have seen is people balling out new people for asking questions when they didn't know how to search and or the time, patience to read every single post that could be out there.
Glad you got good renters Steve. Bad or annoying ones are just plan annoying.
