Group owned land proceed dispersal?

I read somewhere that if group owned land is sold, the monies gets sent to all members of a group.
Is this true? Is it dispersed only to "owning" members of the group? I can't find much for specific details on this and I don't want monies dispersed to tenants of my group.

Money only disburses to those who take part in the accounting. Uncheck this ability for any role you don't want to have the cash go to, BEFORE it is disbursed. It is on by default for everyone.

it is distributed to all members of the group who have the "liabilities and land sales" (or some such thing.. i'm not in game and don't remember the exact wording) checked in their role abilities.

i'm sure someone will come along with the exact wording.

like cristale said, under accounting you will find something like;

"pay and receive group dividends" ? , its only one so you cant go wrong ;)

and its on by default for (atleast) the "everyone" role

"Pay Liabilities" is the group role that affects who gets money from sales of group assets. If you don't want the sale of group land or other group-owned items to be evenly split to all members, uncheck that role permission from all group roles other than "Owner" and perhaps "Officers" - the latter only if officers in the group are to split profits evenly with the owner.
