Eldexchange issue

Hey.

I recently tried selling my L$ on Eldexchange. The issue is, I never recieved my money.. eventually I think I figured out why; because my paypal account wasn't verified with a bank account. I started the process of verifying it now .. but is it too late? Did I lose my L$?

What is "Eldexchange"?

It doesn't sound like it has anything to do with LL.

Have you tried to ask the owners of that exchange?

There are some inworld groups you can join - whether it would appropriate to ask about this sort of thing in those groups I don't know. You could IM a group officer, who should be able to direct you in the proper direction. The most relevant looking of the groups is "ELDEXchange Private" .

Eldex Exchange Payment Issue

I recently sold Lindens in August and was never paid, I have contacted support days ago. I have sent IM's to the owners, customer support. I have gone to the in game business. No response. I am really very frustrated. I have no idea where to go from here. The transaction was August 27th and should have been paid before this as it states that it was. It was not. I am a verified paypal member so there is no issue on my end. Has anyone else had issues recently? I have not seen any member of theirs online the past 3 days. If anyone can help I would appreciate it, I am not a rich person and this money is important to me.

I have never heard of this exchange.

You should never buy or sell $L on any third party exchange that does not use Linden Labs' "Risk API". And NEVER buy or sell $L on eBay. If you buy (even innocently) $L that later proves to be fraudulent (i.e., purchased with a stolen credit card), LL will confiscate the money and fine you 50% and may suspend your account.

The only ones I trust personally are the Lindex and the XStreetSL exchange.
