SAM broadcaster and Digidesign M-box...

I am a musician wanting to try live performance in SL. I've gotten some confliciting information about what is needed from a hardware and software standpoint to do this. It seems that SAM Broadcaster is a given--on the software side. My question is, if I have an anaolog to digital converter/mixer, like the didgidesign M-box that came with Pro Tools, can i use that as the "front-end" or interface between my guitar/mic and computer. AND will SAM broadcaster recognize it and allow me to stream in to SL? Simply put...(I hope) is SAM Broadcaster compatible with didgidesign M-box for broadcasting into SL ?
