I've been trying to help a younger friend create an account on the SL Teen Grid, but it keeps telling her that she's not old enough. She is fifteen, and puts her birthday in perfectly; I have watched her do so.
Is there an issue with the creation of Teen Grid accounts I need to know about?

I know that she has to be between 13 and 18, so that isn't the problem.

(if you are simply logging out then trying to create her account, that would be the main grid) follow the link from the poster above, that should help if the error persists, contact support _____________________
