So yeah ever since about 6 days ago i have NOT been able to upload anything. I dont know if others have experienced it nor ever heard of it But i would love a solution since i cant do HorseRaddish now..

So if anyone gladly knows the solution to this utterly horrible error Please do support my weaping tears

That is a fun one, and you can't tell from that message if it's breaking when it converts the image for SL, or just can't read if after the conversion finished.

From your forum location and the /tmp in the dialog, I'm guessing that this is on OS X? Before digging too deeply, it might not hurt to find the old repair permissions thing in the disk utility and run that. IIRC /tmp is one of the spots it checks, and if it doesn't find anything to fix you haven't lost much but a few minutes' wait. Verify Disk in the same place would be worth a try too, to see if it finds anything unusual.

If that doesn't help, you might want to run the client from the terminal, with:

/Applications/Second\ Life.app/Contents/MacOS/SecondLife

(that might be a little different if you keep SL in a different folder or are using the RC etc.)

That will dump a whole bunch of debugging stuff to the terminal while SL runs, and other messages printed before the upload fails might give you more clues about what is going wrong.
