Prim litter on Linden land

I am starting to get a bit of prim litter on Linden land that seperates my property with the beach. This is a small strip of land between my gates and the ocean that is protected Linden land. The sim is set for 5 minute auto return throught the kindness of Jack Linden, enabling me to utilize the nearly entire water sim for aquatic recreation. Wonderful guy.

Lately, for some reason, because the sim is build enabled, some objects are not autoreturned. Specifically, there is this stupid red Kart, that has been rezzed in front of my gates that just does not go away.

The kart creator is a linden, but the owner is a noob. Does anyone know how to get rid of littered items without having to bother a Linden?

I have tested it by rezzing an object and it is autoreturned in 5 minutes. I have dragged an object to the Linden land and it is autoreturned again in 5 minutes. Wonder why this one persists.

This kinda got me thinking if this might be some kind of bug and sl is littered with millions of these thing.

The protected land is just in front of my gate as shown in the picture.

Since the land belongs to the Lindens, I believe you have to contact them to have it removed.

Can I have you bank account?

If that parcel is suffering from the bug where stuff stays selected, the junk should get autoreturned after the next sim restart.
