I've been on since 05'
I have been on premium for most of that time, but decided to revert back to basic quite some time ago (maybe a year) and even then, I could purchase all the lindens I pleased iirc.
But now, the last couple of months I've noticed that I have restricted buying privileges ($10 to be exact) which according to the SL website is something that would only effect new accounts? Do you have to have a premium account or something? Did something change? Or is this just an error... something that needs to be fixed...?

Maybe SL is borking. This comes up once in a while in error.
I've had SL tell me I don't have enough funds when I have enough and more...shrug. Hope you get it worked out. |

If you've actually purchased L$ before with that account, this is a bug. Your purchasing clock doesn't start ticking until you've made your first purchase, but it sounds like your status got reverted.
