Anyone know a store that sells good runway/catwalk prim HUD(s)? ^^ These are kind of hard to find, as AOs pretty much dominate, and it's hard to distinguish the search terms. I think the two popular ones today are Tillie's Posing Stand/HUD and Huddles' Catwalk HUD right? I've seen both, but since I haven't used either one I'm not sure which one is better. If anyone has used both before, please compare them for me and let me know the advantages of each one ^^ I need a good lag-free HUD for an upcoming modeling session and [complex] AOs probably won't work. Thanks! ^^

Yep what I meant was differing from the conventional AO since they create less lag (not sure of technicality behind it). ^^

Thanks! ^^ Luth Brodie of Reel Expression and Keiki Lemieux of Huddles put together a catwalk hud that is copyable, and you can add any number of poses to it. However, only 12 show at a time, but you can have multiple notecards in it. I bought the first one and absolutely love it (I'm also a runway model). You can find it at Reel Expression. I've had NO issues using it in high lag situations.

Thanks for the info. Yeah I noticed the name Huddles stand out a few times in catwalk HUDs. I still want a comparison between Huddles HUD and the Tillie one, since they seem to have different features ^^

How does that work on the runway?

Hmm it includes a posing stand actually in addition to the HUD, and it has the feature to rotate avatar on the pose, lock camera positions in case you want to take photos of the same angle with different clothing, and lots of other things but most probably overlap with the Huddles one. Oh and I think the Tillie one allows infinite amount of poses into one notecard, but that'll create some lag I suppose if you have -way- too many into one HUD, but still some convenience ^^ The immediate difference between the two without reading the technicals is that the Huddles one includes 5 stands and 1 walk, while the Tillie one includes nothing XD

That said, the pose stand sounds cool...but I use pose stands that don't require a notecard.

Oh and they're the same price I think, 600L I believe. Hmm maybe I'll just flip a coin or something lol, unless someone provides good information ^^

Here's a thought...join the best of SL group. There are a ton of models in it. Just ask in the group chat if anyone has used Tillies and get their opinions.
