Back in July of 2006 I made an alt.. I believe it was that August the passwords were hacked and LL locked us all down and gave us directions on how to get back in... Well, that worked for my main ( lex ) but not my alt.. for about 3 months I tried to get her back and it never happened. After ahwhile I would do a search for my alt and she wouldn't show..well lo and behold.. she is showing in search now... does anyone know how to contact LL to ask them once again to gimme my alt????

Go to the Support page and submit a ticket. I don't know whether you're Premium or Basic, but even the Basic tickets have a subtopic of something like 'My account has been turned off' which should work. If you ARE Basic, make sure you use the 'Special Questions' ticket type, or they won't respond.
If you're Premium, you could also try the Live Chat option on that page.

Actually, if you log in under your Premium account, you can ask questions about your alt(s)...there's a whole field labeled "If issue is about an Alt account, what account?:"
