Military dress uniform wanted

I'm looking for a woman's formal dress military uniform...not necessarily modern. Something smart, with a pants or skirt option, trimmed with ruffles and gold braid.

Has anyone seen something along these lines?

Try SF Design. They have a few uniforms, although I can't recall what military ones they sell and whether there are female versions.

Try Pearse'd & Cut, Caledon VictoriaCity (do a search on the name). Mr. Pearse carries several uniforms, of various kinds, male and female.

Now, if you need a modern womens' service dress cap, I can help you with that. I think I'm the only person in SL who ever made any.

Just tell me which branch of service and what your rank is, and I'll let you know. So far I have dress service caps, mens and womens, for Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Merchant Marine. I don't have Army caps made up just yet, but it won't take me more than a couple of days to get them made.

A guy named Edward Pluto makes the Navy uniforms worn by the squadron I belong to, and he has a wonderful line from many branches, formal, day-to-day, etc ...

I don't remember the store, something like " The PX" (this could be totally wrong), but that is his name for sure. He is a good guy too ... his fee covers making the name badge your actual name, and the rank your actual rank, etc ... He even gave me his khaki texture so I could make prim cuffs for pants and rolled up sleeves.

If you can't find him, send me a note in world and I will pass you a landmark. I'll be on in about five hours or so.

bare rose, goth section has a nice one. Uniform jacket, tights, and a hat. With display sword as well.

Plus I think a few others there as well.

Edit: or are you looking for one that was an actual uniform of a rl military or just a military style outfit?

In the next few days, Caledon's Imperial Navy activates.

Meaning: standard sailor outfits for $L 1 if you join our Navy, once it does. Commissioned through Pearse'd and Cut (Edward Pearse, outfitter to Caledon, Steelhead, Babbage, and other nations... isn't that always how the military industrial complex works?) grin

There will be recruitment posters at Oxbridge and downtown Victoria City once it starts, I'm guessing by this weekend it will all be out.

For an officer's rank though, you gotta earn it through loyalty, cunning, and brave action at sea

/me dons her Steelhead Naval Uniform, brandishes her Ironclad Submersible at Mr. Shang, (oops! was I 'sposed to rez that in the WATER??), and wiggles her ... eyebrows ... provocatively.

The uniform is, I believe, $L20 at Tensai Hilra's shop --- complete with hat, oilskin overcoat and (simple) boots, but it has no skirt. It includes options for officers and navvys.

Except for Desmond's. I've always thought that people who join the Navy for the pretty uniforms are a bit tetched in the haid.

this place has all kinds of military uniforms and accessories. women's uniforms too. I didn't see women's dress uniforms as such but these German ones might be.
