What do the Lindens mean when they say

All world issues have been resolved? BS! Three days in a row I have been stranded, no teleport, no nothing. Today, I deleted my house off my land, to put another one up, well, guess what? It didn't and I couldn't. Oh, my house deleted alright, but the ghost is still there. But I can't do anything about it. It says the house is "Set Upon". But you can't see it. And I can't move through it, it is solid. Can someone help?

Ask for a sim restart....this will usually eliminate ghost prim.
