I sold all my land, and don't want to get charged tier when it next comes up. I changed my donation to zero, as my land was group owned. Is there anything else I have to do to not get charged?

Have you manually tiered down on the website? If not, go to the land use fee page and select your new payment level.

I don't know what the minimum is but I once owned land for like 30 minutes and had to pay tier on it so my advice to you would be to plan on paying the tier on the land you sold.

You will get charged for peak use in the current month, tiering down and out only prevents the next month from being charged. Tier is charged in arrears. _____________________

Yeah, if you own any land (above 512m) in the month preceding your bill date, you have to pay tier on it...LL bills at the end of the period for your max usage.

Don't forget to cancel your Premium Account as well if you have one (or, if you do not mind still paying the Premium fee)
