Can anybody tell me if it is possible to retrive the wording of a proposal after it has been accepted?

Its been quite awhile ago, but I was never able to retrieve my original proposal to my partner. I had wanted it for sentimental reasons and was disappointed to find out that she received only a very short part of the original message.

She never received the email, and when she looked at the form it only had the first two lines. : (
