In my company a certain number of accounts cannot be accessed anymore. When the user tries to login he/she receives a message that says: «Account has been disabled. Go to http://www.secondlife.com to renew your membership.» I am puzzled. What's happening? Why their accounts have been disabled? Is it really a Linden lab's message or just phishing?

Support is really your only option here, I don't think we can help with things like that.
Assuming one of you has a premium account, use that to get straight through to Billing.

submit a support ticket and ask linden lab themselves
not much that the residents can do (I have not heard of any msgs like that)
also to avoid phishing situations, do not use links, always type in the url or use a bookmark
