In reference to that above.

Still haven't heard anything on the support ticket. Need this money by next Wednesday. Not gonna happen if I haven't talked to them yet and they're not sending it to paypal, takes another 5 days just for that.

Is it common for LL to take more than 72 hours to respond to an important ticket?

They can take 10 days or more to respond to a ticket. Call them.

I have called. Multiple times. Multiple numbers. Which number should I call and what should I say to get them to stop saying 'just go fill out a support ticket'

do you pay more then 125 usd tier? then go to live chat, they are assosiated with congierce help and should be able to check into things

Have you even attempted to send them the identity proof they asked for? If they are waiting on proof of who you are, I doubt any amount of customer service calls, support tickets, or live chat will be of any benefit.

Hey, if you want to win, play the game.

The game is jumping through hoops and waiting. Any frustration and emotion you feel is only going to create a feedback loop within yourself because you have no way to expedite your problem without LL doing it directly, and you cannot control that.

Posting multiple messages will not help.
Filing multiple tickets may get you a vindictive human ( i mean Linden) who takes your persistence as on offense.

It really sucks to sit there and wait when you need the money on a certain date. But, i have been in the exact same position waiting for money that LL put on hold and needing it way before i knew they would be able to get it to me because of the hold. You know what i did? I waited - albeit pissed off, i waited.

Would have rather waited without being pissed off though as being pissed off did nothing but shorten the time until i get a bad wrinkle crease across my forehead over my eyebrows, and that is going to REALLY light me off if it happens sooner than i expect.

Can't do Live Chat on this account because it's basic. My other account that was banned was premium but no I wasn't paying tier. I'm one of those low profile customers that LL doesn't really care about.

Briana - Yea. Except...this is the difference between me being fined late fees that I'm sure LL isn't going to compensate me for--or if LL decides never to do anything about it, oh well, I get evicted. That's how bad the situation is.

I was sort of using Second Life as a supplemental income and what I made on there was really important, which is a great time and just my luck, for this to happen.

I really do have considerably bad luck. It's like a running joke in my family.

I'm sure I could ask someone for money in my family, but I'm not a beggar. I don't want to involve anyone in a problem that I thought I had fixed last week only to get this bogus suspension.

So, yea I'm going to be pissed and I think it's the lacksidaisical attitude of customers that allow this to happen that have made it so easy for the support team to get away with things like this. I mean what are they doing that they can't type a few sentences and update what's going on.

Manatees on vacation. That's it.
