Wonder if there was a way to automaticly translate different languages to english?

There are a bunch of translators - some freebies some for pay- the level of the translation varies but allowing for errors they are pretty ok- try XStreet https://www.xstreetsl.com/ if you want to browse a bit. Good luck and welcome.
