In case there are some bailiwick experts out there...
I am trying to use bailiwick to split a sim, but it is not creating any parcels. I did a great job with the terrain, but I seem to be unable to split parcels off. Is there an incantation I am missing? - am I going to have to do it by hand? If that is the case, are there any shortcuts?

Some parts of the RAW terrain stuff do not work correctly, and parcelling is one of them. The only way to divide up your sim into separate parcels is to do so by hand, unfortunately.
