If you want good bathtub animations that you can include in items you plan to sell, and are willing to make sure that what you sell is no-copy for the next user, you can pay for a developer's set of pose balls at Bits and Bobs. What you'll get is a full-perms set (which you pay a higher price for than a no-copy set) and you are licensed to use them in sold items, so long as you restrict the perms for the next user after you.
If you want them to REMAIN full-perms for the later users, you'll probably have to make your own, using Poser or DAZ|Studio or some other application.

Devpose has a fantastic four-piece bathroom set. It's not full perms, though...and I bet licensing a full perm version would be VERY expensive. Still, it couldn't hurt to ask.

Corrext me if I'm wrong, but I think I remember seeing some bathtub poses at the following:
-Bits and Bobs (already mentioned)
-Abranimations
-Sylva's Animation Factory
-Henmations (not sure if these sell full perm)
-JB Balls (not sure if these sell full perm)
Full perm ones tend to be very expensive (for obvious reasons).
The Bits and Bobs one is probably used most commonly, followed by Abranimations, simply because these two have been around for such a long time, and have been selling quality products from their early start.
There are probably more, but these just came to mind first.
