Gestures, Shout coomand?

I would like to make a welcome gesture that automatically shouts for welcoming people where I work. I know how to make gestures, just don't know how to make them shout without using the mouse and clicking shout.

Hi AuraRaine. Chat turns into shout if you do control+enter. I don't think gestures can shout if they run off a shortcut key.

There used to be a way to do it, a club I worked in had em, unfortunately I deleted them when I left :/ Thanks
