You just need to:
1. Find a buyer 2. Agree on price 3. Both of you need to put in tickets with the details. 4. The lindens will make the transfer and collect the money for you. Piece of cake. .d |

If you need to move the island at the same time of the transfer, you need to put that in the ticket.
