I'm not sure but are you talking about rotating a prim using a script? If so my paddlewheel has been working fine. Yesterday it was going particularly slow until I clicked it once and it started working find again.

One thing that's helped in the past is to force a prim properties update to the viewer by toggling llSetText from an empty string to one containing a blank character. Haven't tried it for this current problem though, and it wasn't all that reliable a fix before, either.

(One thing I noticed was that, similar to this llTargetOmega problem, rezzing a fresh copy of some physics-scripted objects seems to unwedge them in H4--so far, permanently. I have no idea why. This was after a long frustrating session trying to debug the script, so it was kind of a relief to have stuff just start working as before, but sure didn't know it was supposed to work like that.)

I don't know what I might be doing differently. My paddlewheel is about 50 prims.

Its a Havoc 4 thing. They borked the llTargetomega if I remember correctly. Please vote here.... http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-1910

A manual sim restart will fix it temporarily.

the sheer weight of it is pushing it around?

Maybe, it's quite beautiful IMO, I also have sculpty water that runs off the paddles.
