Ok, i have many a .wav file i try to upload em, it says its not supported or something and it must be 41kb
The file size is less than that, so why does it not work?
Does it have to be 41kb exactly?!?!?

It's not the size, it's the bit rate.
More of a format thing. The size limit is 10 seconds.

The sound file has to be 16 bits, 44.1 khz and under 10 seconds. There are a couple of nifty little free programs that you can use to get the files compatable with SL. Try googling R8Brain for converting files to the right format and Audacity for lots of nice editing stuff. There is a tutorial by Torley here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=QBVmFafFatE

I was actually running into this myself and found out you can convert it using the sound recorder in windows itself. Should be under accessories then entertainment. Just open the wave, click file - properties, then "convert now". Any of the 44.1 bit rates should work.

Audacity is free and great. when you save a file in Audacity just hit 'export as WAV' and it will save it in the right format to upload to second life with
