What do I do when money is taken from my PayPal account and delivered to LL, but no Lindens recieved ("Sorry, due to our best efforts something went wrong ...)
I tried to buy 15000 L from in world, and the transaction failed, but money was taken from the account.
There is nowhere to turn to talk to someone ...
please help me with good advise!

If you have a Premium account, go to the support page and Live Chat-I had the same problem a while ago and they fixed it really fast.

If you aren't Premium, you'll probably have to call, since the limited Basic ticket types don't include a Lindex option. From: someone If you have an issue with your account (non-technical, billing/password/etc), you can call our Billing team at: toll-free (US/Canada) 800-294-1067 or long-distance (not free) 703-286-6277. They're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. FYI, if you are Premium, Live Chat is reached via the Solution Finder...you just have to answer all the questions negatively to get there.

Double check your transactions in your account to make sure it went thru'. Once you have that info in there it serves as proof you paid.

sometimes it takes a few minutes for the transaction to complete, even if it says it didn't go through (which it obviously did).

Hi Liza welcome to the Forum... ...as with everything in SL it can often take time...don't panic...yet!. Chances are the funds are just 'in transit' and will appear 'in due course'. If your PayPal account shows the transaction going through to SL than that's fine you have the necessary evidence, if there is a problem. You'll find that there are lots in SL that can involve a little...unexpected delay. As I said already earlier this evening.. Patience is a virtue..in SL it's a necessity.
