The situation

I'm tough skinned there is just an issue at the moment, has been for 2 months now, i know the rules apply to me, but if i see others breaking them and getting away with it then i can obviously get away with it also.

I am allways nice 2 people, have quite a few freinds in SL who can vouch 4 me (not gay) and have seen the rough end of what is happening.

If someone hates me for no reason then they have the problem, not me.

There has only ever been 1 issue, and that is people (not all people!) from midian city (or at least every nasty IM i have recieved has had Midian City in there group and has there character described in detail in the 2nd life main profile) I know its not all homophobic, i met a gay lad there when i first joined SL. BUT i was banned and had a torrent of IM's thrown at me that never seemed to stop. i have muted most residents, we have had 2 ban a few from my sim (even my admin freind has had 2 estate ban people) them coming onto our land with images of colorful flags with a big cross thru them and spurting out verious insults aimed at gay people. AR's muting support tickets have all been over used to no effect.

I just wanna get on with my SL and build this sim i have been working on, obviously other people have a problem with that, and if ur reading this come forward or IM me in-world so we can sort it out (nicely, being nasty will get u muted)

There was a point when the Leader of the Catwalkers came forward, we did sort things out in that department. She admitted she banned someone from the group who it could have been. i thank her for being so helpfull in the situation, but the IM's are still coming from verious members of the place. and i am still banned. After a long wait i tryed to speak to the owner of the place, she was at first ok, then not 2 freindly and didnt seem willing to sort it out like adults. Then it started getting nasty, i have baraged LL with AR's and support tickets... still nothing, they can get away with breaking the rules, coming over 2 my sim & trying to crash it that i should be able to aswell. to wich when i did crash it (i crashed the less busy side of Midian (appocalypse) because i didn't want to kick all the nice people off of there rollplay, just wanted to show that i can & will fight back and defend myself.

I would rather not do any of this & be constructing my new sim and having a laugh with all my mates. as for that bitchy cough up earlier with what ever her name was people like that usualy have no life and spend most of it infront the PC flamming people on verious forums.

Simply not answering my post or being polite would have been ok, but instead she decided 2 start a flamming contest.

My advice?

Mute them. Thats it. Maybe AR if you really want to.

And if they come on your land, mute+eject+ban

like 3/4of that was confirming good advice (in my opinion.... if you don't like it, get yourself banned again. forever if you keep it up)

The rest was... an opinion.. which you've been showing here forever. I'm always going to give serious advice to someone who asks it, no matter what I think of them, but I'm alos going to have to agree with them.. get over yourself. You're blowing this thing *way* out of proportion, and you've made yourself look like an idiot in the process.

Quick answer? No. My guess would be we won't be hearing it for very long.......


Polite advice to the OP: There are other ways and channels to deal with these types of situations, which I am sure you are aware of. I imagine you may have gathered from previous responses to your many posts, this forum is not an appropriate one.

Thanks for the advice, i have been listening 2 ur opinions and will be applying them like i have been doing.

My advice is to take a few days off from SL, and then take a few days more. Disconnect yourself from SL. Read books, watch TV, go to the beach, start a fight club, examine your priorities in life. Spend too much time dealing with drama and it will burn you out and drive you crazy.

I'm going to lock this because it is a continuation of locked threads and it's not going to end well.
