OK I am pretty new here, so need to know how long this has or will go on, so maybe residents can help. My monthly billing for Second Life came through the 18th and yet again they cannot get the billing through PayPal right, that I have NO PROBLEMS in buying Lindens or using Paypal ANY place else BUT SL. Now the last billing issue, the same issue as this one, (funds being there they/SL just can't seem to get to them, only in billing payment it seems, and only SL has this issue) it took them 4 weeks to respond back to me the last time, SL that is, and at that time it was too the same billing issue, that went away after they put it through a second time. So by the time the support note got to me after filing the report for the same issue first time, as I said about 4 weeks later, it just said, "We now assume the issue has been resolved". I then wondered about the next billing cycle, if they would get it right. Well wonder no more for just as the last time, my account at SL shows a neg. bal for they can't seem to get their billing with Paypal correct, YET funds are available in/at Paypal. Their lack of ability to bill correctly yet a second time about is concerning me being this is the second time in a row it has happened, and I've only been here a short period of time.
Anyone else having billing issue were you have the $ waiting for LL but they just can't seem to find Paypal for billing? I have No problem as I said when it comes to buying L. But due to the poor issues in billing, this month I will be cutting way back on L and buying until I am certain about the billing, as well security in this company.
