hi everyone and a happy new year to you and yours. I start renting a pretty skybox in january and have been going through my inventory looking for appropriate stuff to fit it out with. However due to the low prim allowance here, I am obviously struggling to find any suitable low prim count furniture. Has anyone got any ideas or places where I could be looking please?, otherwise the place will look permanently burgled.
many thanks.................

If you have signatures on, try my store (in my signature). I specialise in low prim furniture. If you can't see my sig, the store is called Prim Savers.

Jey low prim stuff is great since allows you to fill spaces with stuff and still save prims but be carefull couse most I guess will be made of sculpts , my stuff too , to save prims , so they could take some time to rez etc ....

mostly of all I 'd not suggest to use temprezzers couse I heard make lag and bad performances .... then there are many people that make sculpt furnitur for low prim now I dont have nmes couse I cantlogin atm but a good deep search on the searh engine shouldhelp find some ....

Phil's store is great. I've gotten couches, chairs, rugs, and other stuff there. :)

Also...Nimue Jewell's Prim Pincher Low Prim Furniture store is wonderful. :)

Lok's Low Prim Furniture has really great wall sconces and lighting options...chairs and tables..and the rooftop is filled with low-cost rugs. :) (I don't have a slurl)

That's the name. I bought a pair of chairs from there, and everything she could do right she did right. They have texture and color menus but the chairs are still modify, so I can reupholster them if I ever want a look she didn't think of. She picked colors and woods that real furniture has, so I don't have to reupholster them :D The animations look great and they are easy to switch with the arrows, but there is a note card if I want to change them. That is a long comment for two prims, but I like when builders pay attention to the small things.

Phil has some GREAT stuff that looks wonderful and is low prim...you can also check my store...i have alot of one prim items that are more for decorating, like curtains, cabinets etc. It is totally possible to decorate well on a low prim budget, you just have to really look for good stuff.

This is really good advice, Dog. Visit as many places as you have the patience for, compare, and then mix and match. Happy shopping!

I have some low prim furniture at my store, feel free to have a look

I have a garden outside my skybox filled with one-prim plants from Onedom Magic. To furnish the inside I typed in Low Prim in the furniture section of XStreet SL, then went inworld to look at the stores that specialise in such furniture. I won't buy stuff that uses more than four prims.

I'll be teaching a class for NCI this coming Thursday at 6pm that shows how to make a living room set using a total of 6 prims. It's the event is called One Prim Wonders and it's a fun challenge of your building skills as well as a run through the more unusual prim parameters. (^_^)y

What items are in the living room set? You've aroused my curiosity :)

Just in case you're still on the look-out... there's low prim furniture at my place too.
Anything you buy over L$30 comes with free gift vouchers too, so you can save those up and get some stuff for free.
The info is in my sig, but if you don't have those switched on then search for PP Designs.

Since this seems to be a "Advertise my Business" thread anyway, visit my store as well if you want so. Specialized in very low prim furniture and you will find that the prices are as friendly as the business owner ;)

For some plants to decorate, I do have a One Prim Plants shop as well, see my profile picks for the surl to that. Copyable, and do not forget to pick up the freebie there!

I highly reccomend Phils stuff. Got my fave leather settee's and tables from there.

Gotta give a shove towards Faithless Babii stuff though. Just search her name for the store location. Not only low prim but simple, tasteful stuff that doesn't look low prim and Bloddy cheap!!!

And if you want something old-fashioned, try my partner's furniture store on Fatimas Art (you can't miss it - it's the 6 storey building lol). Mostly Victorian in nature, all pretty much low prim.
