Client and Server Menus

I have a friend who cant get the client server menu up. We tried crtl-alt-d and nothing happens. She has the new browser as well. I even tried to walk her thu the command for rebake and nothing happens. Any ideas??

Hmm... CTRL-ALT-D works for me. Is she pressing them all at the same time?

Well, she says she is. Shes an experienced computer user so I have to assume she pressing the keys right.

Unless of course your friend were on a Macintosh client. Then the Control-Alt-D turns into a Command-Alt-D - I *think*, I am not positive on that 100%. (I am an infernal PC user myself)

Sorry if this is stating the obvious but it's a capital D in there. Ctl-Alt-Shift-d is the complete sequence, if I'm not mistaken.

Shes on a PC , but I will ask her to be sure its a capitol D she is hitting.

Right, as someone else said, "shift" is not necessary.

Just: ctrl+alt+d

On some computers/keyboards, the shift IS necessary for whatever reason... but it's rare.
