Cancel downgrade process?

Hi guys,
Anyone know of any way to cancel an account dfowngrade?
I down graded my account just after getting billed for a new year, in order to stop recurring subscription, but just now realised i can't buy land while in the downgrade process!!!
I have a fresh year subscription and cant buy land! When i go to upgrade my account they say i will get billed for a full year immediately.

Is there any way to cancel the downgrading process?\

Same thing happened to me. I submitted a ticket and LL had it reversed at 5AM the next morning. Excellent service, I thought.

You should never downgrade a yearly subscription until near the end of its term. You won't get a refund, so you may as well collect the stipend.

As I learned, too. At least they fixed it quickly for me.

I downgraded because I wanted to go basic for a few months. Just before they announced a reduction in the premium stipend. I submitted a ticket asking to have my downgrade canceled. But they told me to just upgrade again. At the new stipend.

This happened to me a few years back. I called billing and they changed it in a couple of minutes. Of course, things might be different these days.


I found out (the hard way) that you can't even "buy" private estate land while downgrading. My land lord wanted a small set up fee, then weekly payments. I had the buy land button greyed out

Always downgrade right before the subscription expires.
