How do I get a picture of my RL self into my SL profile window ? I have pics in jpg format on my C-drive. Can I copy & paste ?

Hi Oxy,
you need to upload the image before you can use it. At the top of the screen click file - upload. It costs L$10 to upload a file. Once you have uploaded, open your profile and click on the image space to put your photo there. You might want to read this thread to find out about suitable sizes and file formats (but jpgs are fine) ... /109/e6/150360/1.html |

you can also drag and drop the texture (after upload) to the profile pic space (first and second life tabs)
this is handy if your texture window is slow opening (same for classifieds and picks, you can drag and drop the texture to the window) _____________________
