Wow, talk about Gabriel getting in bed with Lucifer.
Hands wants Ondrejka to help "get consumers to pay for music again" (as if people really ever stopped "paying for music" -- we're all still paying for it through the nose). The very same Ondrejka who came out against DRM and copyright protection technologies at LL. The very same "long-haired liberal 'communist' views" that the record labels have been fighting against for years. Some really interesting shenanigans at play here, methinks. |

Major labels have failed to integrate digitally, so why not hire a CTO that built a closed-ended virtual world that has spent 2 years in stagnation?

Good for Cory. The last paragraph was interesting:

With all Cory did, I wouldn't call him the creator of SL, I think that goes to Philip Rosedale. Cory was widely responsible for the nuts and bolts code, but Cory brought to life what Philip 'created'. IMHO.
