Who can Rent me Half a SIM with good Perms???

*sighs*

My landlady just sold her SIM due to RL stuff happening for her. I only found out by doing my usual tour of the neighbourhood and chatting to everyone The latest resident told me that she/he/it was buying the SIM and that I was not welcome anymore as he/she/it had new plans, which did not include me.

So, it appears to be time to pack up again and try to re-build my home. I am friendly, and my land is free for all to visit. I only create for fun, and I want to build my moutains and gardens. I like to invite all residents of the sim to enjoy my place.

I want full terraform power please on my land in return for rent and a good neighbour. Any takers please IM me. I shall show you my half sim if you are worried that I build junk or if you wish to see if it shall fit in (I may not)!
