Ive heard it on another thread, i know its some sort of sl game, but what exactly is it, and where can i get it ? and how much? , this sounds quite entertaining

It is fun. It's a king and queen type thing where you move up in your lineage as you gain more acres. You can recruit people or they move you around to move you up a lot quicker. I can send you a trial version if you'd like.

I don't know what they were referring too but when I refer to it its literally making tiny 0.060m avatars and the world they reside in.

It's the most brilliant marketing strategy ever! The whole goal of the game is to get others to join (IE, buy it), LOL...

But it is fun, and you can play anywhere (via it's HUD) while enjoying other things in SL at the same time.

It was a fad several months ago, I haven't heard it come up recently though, but maybe it hasn't passed or there'll be another wave?

(You have more to do when you start, but when you get higher it slows... The Federation edition was designed to provide more, but didn't feel as "rewarding" to me unfortunately...)
