A friend ordered a 4pack of low prim sims via the ticket system dec 3rd. Since then the ticket status is "work in progress", while normal sims ordered via the land store already were delivered days ago. Yesterday he had a live chat session with concierge support, they told him they have a bunch of low prims ready to push out and expect delivery before monday, maybe even today (friday). Well, friday is over, no SIMs delivered. "Before monday" now would mean they deliver over the weekend - do they really do that? And are such long delivery times normal for low prim sims?

We are a bit upset, we need to work on those sims before christmas. .:sighs:.

I've had sims delivered on the weekend before, but it is more common to have them delivered in the week. Why not login to concierge chat and ask for an eta?

Thats what he did yesterday, and the eta was "before monday, maybe even today". If his pack belonged to the batch they have in the pipeline. Two of the sims are for australians, they already lost half ot this weekend and are not exactly happy campers.

If they did say that it will be delivered before Monday, one can only assume that it will be delivered over the weekend. As for the residents that are waiting, well your friend just needs to explain to them that the delivery times are totally out of his hands, but will keep them updated. As long as he hasn't made any promises he is unable to keep (as delivery times are out of his control), they can't really get upset with him. If he's worrying, he should just drop concierge a quick line to ask for conformation that it will be delivered the weekend (for some peace of mind).
