I purchased the Affection HUD from Mr. P's last night, and at first look, am fairly disappointed with it and wondering if I've just wasted $1000L. Some of the animations are so far off, that I doubt that I'll ever use them, unless someone can tell me if they can be lined up better, and how. Anyone?

I've got the affection HUD from Mr. P and haven't had any issues with it. As long as you line yourself up with the target person first, everything works out just fine. Of course all the animations are height dependent so some of them don't quite look right unless both avatars are the same height ratio as what the animations were made for.

I have one, and it works well; not always perfectly, but no such device does. The animations are designed for "normal" sized avatars (that would be in the 6-7 foot range with shoes); the farther from that neighborhood you are, the worse the alignment is likely to be. And you have to be standing facing each other and reasonably close before starting the animation.
