I haven't played SL in forever, and see no point in paying land tier when I never log in. I wanna sell my land, but can't seem to find the right price for it (one that's worth it to me, but will SELL!). I've tried to google and find out what the SL real estate market is like, but no luck. So, what's a fair to me and the buyer price for 1024 of land?

To sell it quickly, sell it for just under 4.0sqm. Otherwise, create a landmark, rename it, and send it to your neighbors informing them of land available at a reasonable rate within their region. Good Luck!!

It all depends on location as well. I live on a water sim with Linden protected oceans on two sides and the least expensive plot is 9.9 sqm and that is for a 1008. The 1024's are into the 13 sqm again.

Yes, the land that has protected water is going for L$20-25 per sqm in my area. It all depends on the location. Yet, some of the land stood unsold for 5 months.
I would check for land that is for selling in you area and let that help you decide the selling price.
If you just need to sell it quick, then the current rate the LL auctions land at is about 4.5 per sqm. Some where in that range should work.

The 512sq m. lot next to mine (which I am coveting for a higher prim count) is for sale for 25,000L...that's 48.8L per Sq. M. It's protected riverfron in Tupi (PG)....land does not sell quickly there. I've seen land prices cut in half just to sell..but 48.8 per is a bit much!

Not to be cynical, but if the owner of that L$48.8/m parcel reads your post, he/she will probably raise it to L$100/m...... (Okay, that WAS pretty cynical.) But seriously: it's amazing how prices fluctuate. And yes, if someone's parcel-up-for-sale doesn't move them up into the next tier bracket, they will probably have no problems with leaving it up for sale---at the high price---for months.
