Hey does anyone know why my account has been deleted, i havent been on SL like 3 months,i tried today but it doesnt work

It hasn't been deleted, just suspended. Your inventory, friends list, etc, will all be intact once you get whatever the issue is sorted and LL re-enables it.

Unless a certain amount of time has passed if the account is suspended due to non-payment.. They do start the repo process after a bit

True, but the message the OP got says 'disabled,' which implies that it still exists.

Of course, it is LL we're talking about here, so one can never be sure...

did you buy any lindens from ebay ? or from a not recommended site? They disable your account for that (and take the cash) but i agree...give them a call, its a lot quicker than a support ticket and they are actually REALLY nice & helpful on the phone

Wasn't there some sort of mass password-reset a little while back? Could that be it? Because I seem to remember a lot of people getting messages like that after LL did that...

With the mass password reset, we were given 'warning' that it happened and why. Drove me batty, but it was easily resolved with.. a phone call.

Possibly related question: I have alts who are (of course) members of groups too numerous to fit in my own 25 group limit, and some of them get dinged occasionally for parcel listing fees on group owned land. Sometimes I forget to throw money at them and they get a negative L$ balance for a while. Does anybody know how long it takes for LL to decide they're deadbeats and disable their accounts?

(No, this isn't a new scheme to amass alts and microparcels to further swindle the Search system. Although.... )

I'd imagine that it doesn't mean much, however. But... you might wanna use the Live Chat and ask a Linden about it. Then post the answer here, so we all know

Support page, on the right below the Billing Support info. You can only use it if you're Premium or Concierge, though...you'll need to call if you have a Basic account.

Only Premium and Concierge customers can use that. Try calling them.

Yesterday i was online on the grid when i got kicked out with the message that i've been logged out by an administrator. When i tried to login again i received he message that my acount would be unavailable for the nxt hour. WHen i tried to logon again after that hour i received logon failed message. I checked my account on secondlife.com and received the same message that my account was disabled. I tried to call the number but i cannot get trough, i get the message that my call did not get trouh and that i should try again. I live in Netherlands maybe that's the reason that i cannot get trough?? I logged a ticket but did not get an email confirmation for that ticket. I have no clue if my request will be reviewed or even handled. Does anyone have a clue???????

btw. i did not had any trouble with other avatars, an abuse report to me is not likely i think.

PS the account that was disabled was an ALT that i was playing currently
