Hi all,
Not sure if this is the correct place for this....But.... I watched the latest Torley VidTuts on playing media on one's land. Does anyone know if there are sites where I can find Quicktime formatted full length movies or music videos??? I have searched via Google, but just seem to find Apple-related vids and/or their commercials!! Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Well after much searching around I decided to experiment. I went looking for older .mpg clips and then loaded them into my player/tv/mediacenter inworld, and guess what? They play like a charm!
So it seems you DON'T have to have just a .mov file after all. (I hate Macs, and quicktime just sucks.) So go try it! MPG1-2-4 are all from the same type of family anyway, just a stones throw away from quicktime. How quicktime came about i'll never know. |

But, I was referring to the Torley vidtut about playing media on a prim on one's land from a URL, NOT using a TV/DVD/mediaplayer! Thanks anyway.....
