Sometimes they are Insane and sometimes you can get a reasonable shake.
I was just able to pick up land on a Linden road for a reasonable price, on the mainland.
If I had needed that property because it was next to mine I am sure it would have cost 100,000L
But for now I will smile and plan a second Location for *Katayama Originals*

Laval's Estates and Land Rentals have found that the traditional route of timing the market right to buy another parcel for a second store is less hassle than going to auction.
