Hi I can not get a response from a seller, for goods no received, I had to go buy else ware and asked for a refund using IM and note cards.

SL support will not let me complain so can you help.

Hi Brian,

Welcome to the Forums!

You wont receive a response from Linden Lab here. This is just residents helping other residents. Nothing we can do. Linden Lab wont help you because they don't get involved with resident disputes.

If you haven't heard from the seller in 3 weeks I think you probably are just going to need to consider it a loss. If you figure out how much it is in real dollars it's irritating but not worth getting too upset over.

Like Bradley said, I'm afraid LL won't do anything. This comes under the resident to resident dispute and they don't get involved.
If you have dropped a notcard on the owner and IM'd them and still no response, there is not much more you can do sorry.

Has the merchant accepted the notecard you sent them yet?

If not, who knows they may be on an extended holiday or something. If you've not received a message that your notecard has been accepted by them this means they've not logged in yet I'm afraid. There are many reasons why this might be the case. Real life is funny like that.

If they have, then the previous posters have the best advice.

I feel your pain,I have lost out on $2500L. The notecard has not been accepted yet and it's been awhile now. I'm assuming the creator left SL or something else is keeping them away.

Note cards get missed or even lost, be patience and don't hassle too much, give them a week and then resend another 'polite' note card with all the info, I had to do this with a seller once and they apologised and said they had seen my first card but had just forgot to repay me.

Keep tryin to gt a hold of the maker and see if they can help you out. Good sellers take care of problems. These days with LLABS not supporting lost of items not received due to LLABS server issues. more times then not you will not get your item you paided for. Keep trying until you get a reply.

If you used the Pay, it can be sellers fault because the object contains a script that delivers the object.

But If you used the Buy button and didn't receive the item is not sellers fault.

Of course if you send a ticket report LL will not be responsible for that, you will receive a reply like:

"We have resolved your issue"

That's all the support I had from them so far :(.
