For two of my friends, when I try to open Notes, I get nothing but a "Loading" message that stays on, no matter how long I wait.
Any ideas about this and how I might recover these Notes?

Sometimes assets go missing. You can bug report it.

You can bug report it, but do not put a lot of faith in getting anything you report missing back. Its almost a waste to send a bug report on these things. I only WISH things could be found again once they go missing...I really truly do.
I used to use my own notes page to put in information I wanted to keep handy...oopsie. Use a notecard..or better yet, a word program on your computer is best.
