Does anyone know how to disable the information highlights that appear on the map ? By that I mean the yellow, red and blue circles and arrows that appear on the map to show 'you are here', 'landmark' and 'invalid location' respectively. I'm taking snapshots of the Old Continent to create a navigational map, but these 'useful' little pieces of information are driving me nuts.

Thanks..Perre..

Try the checkboxes at the top right corner.

Also, on the top left corner, try clicking on Terrain. That'll filter out everything except actually terrain.
