Hey guys
On my account it says that I have the right to own 512 square meters of land.
It also says that it costs 5/month for that.Is that the only fee for 512?
Also,how big is a 512 square meters of land?

Your first 512 is free if you have a premium account. that monthly fee is included in your premium. You can own more, but your tier goes up from there. 512 is very, very small.

What Trout said. All of the fees listed on the land pricing page are for land held IN ADDITION to your first 512. A 512 is typically a 16m by 32m rectangle. 117 prims - it's doable, but doesn't allow for elaborate furniture or housing.

It is the only monthly fee. You still have to purchase the land.

Ah... now I see how this is so confusing. The first 512 isn't "free" because one has to purchase it first, but one doesn't have to pay any extra each month. An *additional* 512 (a total of 1024sq.m.) costs that US$5 each month.
