Commercial Land - Recommendations?

Having owned a little mall shop for a while, I've decided it's time to branch out and have built a little storefront. I've had several malls close up shop around me or relocate my vendors due to renovations and I want something that's likely to stay put for a bit. ^^

I'm looking for a smallish space--bigger than 512, but smaller than a 4096, ideally, in a commercial area, must be mature, adult-content-okay kind of place. I'm looking for recommendations of people other business owners have experience with renting space from, just drop me a name or something... and thank you for your time!

Take a look at Nerdy Sanchez, it's not for everyone but it is for adult and mature content.

Thank you--am checking that out now, and it looks about right, frankly... though I want to do some more looking before I pick a place, I think. ^^

If you want a place a little less urban, try Sarah's other commercial sim, Nerdagara Falls (and check out the other names I sent you via PM :) )

13 sims of commercially themed space is available. Look at my signature below for the name of the regions. It is 1.5L per prim so a 1024sqm would cost L$351 per week.

Good Luck!

I have a 2048 sqm waterfront commercial parcel for sale now. It's a good deal at L$6.6sqm and a $14 US tier that can be paid in L$ or with PayPal. 5% bonus prims results in 491 prims. Class 5 sim, experienced estate owner (TertiumQuid Becloud http://tertiumquidbecloud.com) with several associates who help landowners. There are classy walkways and waterways throughout. It's on an estate, so a premium account is not needed. It's the last parcel available on the island.
